Job Summary: CLJ Consulting and Contracting LLC is hiring a Business/Data Analyst to support data reconciliation, trend analysis, and report generation for the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC). The role involves evaluating complex pension-related datasets, producing regular reports for stakeholders, and contributing to process improvement initiatives. Ideal candidates will be highly proficient in analytical tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Reconcile pension benefit data across PBGC systems and ensure accuracy.
Analyze trends and anomalies in pension plan information.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with other departments to gather requirements and streamline reporting workflows.
Support automation and process improvement efforts to increase operational efficiency.
Maintain documentation and data dictionaries related to data structures and logic.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in data analysis and report development.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Power BI, and SQL.
Solid understanding of database structures and data reconciliation practices.
Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass all required background checks.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with pension benefit or government datasets.
Familiarity with Agile or process improvement frameworks such as Lean or Six Sigma.
Additional Information:
Core working hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
After-hours work may be occasionally required with advance notice.
