CAD Engineer/ Manufacturing Analyst/ Lean Manufacturing Analyst - Waller, TX/ Alameda, CA/ Palm Beach Gardens, FL - USC- GC Only

Role: CAD Engineer Location - Waller, TX Visa: ONLY USC OR GC Client Update: Need either associate degree or Graduate with good CREO Experience JD: • Design & development of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning equipment components. • Relevant experience in HVAC is added advantage. • To provide CAD support to users for the design of complex mechanical components • used in HVAC industry specially using Creo-4 onwards with wind-chill • Engineering graduate with relevant experience. • Knowledge of team center & Creo IPEM, Knowledge of CBOM, E-BOM & M-BOM • Good in communication. • Knowledge of sheet metal modelling and detailing module with knowledge of sheet metal operations. Title & Location: Manufacturing Analyst (Manufacturing with data analytics experience) Location: Alameda, CA Visa: ONLY USC OR GC JD: • 10+ years of Manufacturing Analyst (Manufacturing data analytics) experience in Life Sciences domain. • Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and IT stakeholders to map end-to-end business processes (manufacturing data) and identify optimization opportunities. • Support data flow design, system integration across manufacturing /production systems. • Ensure solution design and implementation comply with regulatory, cybersecurity, and data integrity requirements (21 CFR Part 11, ISO 13485, GxP). • Developing dashboards or reports based on data flowing out from Manufacturing & Supply Chain systems for supporting decision making • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau). • Education: Professional MBA (PMBA) with a specialization in Manufacturing/Operations Management (business analysis expertise in manufacturing). Bachelor’s or master's degree in engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science Role: Lean Manufacturing Engineer Location - Palm Beach Gardens, FL., USA JD: Coordinate and /or participate in aspects of the Lean Manufacturing initiatives including set-up reduction, workplace organization, standardized work, process / workflow improvements, visual management, value stream mapping, and cellular production processes. EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION • • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in engineering is required; A minimum of (3) years of experience in Manufacturing, Engineering or related activities within a regulated environment (medical device or pharmaceutical) • Must have excellent analytical and statistical skills. • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles including Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, One-Piece Flow, Kanban, Cellular Manufacturing, Six-Sigma, Set-up Reduction, and Visual Management is required. • Must have initiative, creativity, assertiveness, and leadership abilities. • Must be able to work under pressure, achieving consistently high results through individual and team efforts. • Must have excellent interpersonal, influencing, communication, presentation, listening, negotiating, and problem-solving / decision-making skills. • Must have the ability to set priorities and achieve objectives. • Project management and cost / benefit analysis experience is required. • Must have the ability to write reports with technical emphasis. • • Lean Six Sigma Belt Certification is preferred
