Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Callminer Speech Analytics Expert located in the United States. The role involves utilizing Callminer speech analytics tools to analyze call center data, identify patterns, and derive actionable insights. Responsibilities include configuring and optimizing the Callminer platform, developing speech analytics strategies, creating dashboards for reporting, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and operational performance. Candidates will ensure compliance and evaluate calls for quality and improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
β’ Experience with Callminer speech analytics tools, including configuring and optimizing its functionality
β’ Strong data analysis skills, including the ability to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights from call center data
β’ Knowledge of quality assurance processes and strategies in contact center operations
β’ Capability in developing dashboards, reports, and utilizing data visualization tools effectively
β’ Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills
β’ Experience in contact center operations or customer experience analytics is preferred
β’ Bachelorβs degree in a relevant field such as Data Analytics, Computer Science, or Business
β’ Experience using other speech analytics platforms is a plus
