Campaign Analytics Consultant Location: Manhattan, NY Type: 6+ month contract, could extend or convert Hybrid remote - 3x per week onsite $30-34/hr W2 About the Role We’re looking for a Campaign Analytics Consultant to join our marketing analytics team. This role is perfect for someone who’s detail-oriented, data-driven, and eager to grow their career in marketing and analytics. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving our campaign reporting infrastructure — ensuring accuracy, consistency, and insight across all marketing performance data. What You’ll Do • Validate and quality-check campaign data across multiple channels • Perform campaign analytics and tactic validation in internal systems • Update SQL tables and perform data validation tasks • Maintain and refresh campaign dashboards (e.g., Email Lead Nurture) • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release testing for analytics projects • Maintain and refresh Tableau dashboards, ensuring data accuracy • Troubleshoot reporting and data issues as they arise • Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to operationalize reporting processes • Perform other analytics or operational tasks as assigned A Typical Day • Review and validate campaign data for accuracy and timeliness • Update and monitor SQL tables used for campaign performance tracking • Refresh Tableau dashboards and ensure all data is up to date • Troubleshoot data discrepancies or reporting delays • Work with internal stakeholders to understand how campaign metadata flows through systems • Support the analytics team in ensuring campaign reporting runs smoothly • Participate in structured QA and validation procedures What You Bring Must-Have Skills • Familiarity with performance marketing and marketing analytics • Strong attention to detail and a QA mindset • Ability to follow structured QA and validation procedures • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Eagerness to learn and grow within data and analytics Preferred Skills • Basic to intermediate SQL experience (data validation, table updates, paid search grid creation) • Experience with Tableau (dashboard maintenance and refreshes) • Experience with Google Analytics (for digital analytics candidates) Who You Are • You’re curious about how marketing data works behind the scenes • You’re comfortable troubleshooting and digging into data quality issues • You have a collaborative mindset and enjoy working across teams • You’re organized, reliable, and take pride in delivering accurate results • You’re looking to build a long-term career in data and analytics Training & Growth: The first month will focus on training within our internal systems and processes.
