Description:
We’re seeking a junior-to-mid-level Business Analyst who excels in detail-oriented work — someone who can attend client-facing meetings solo, translate complex financial workflows into actionable requirements, and get hands-on with market data.
Experience
• 3–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, ideally at a credit-focused firm
• Experience at large-scale alternatives firms (Apollo, Blackstone, KKR, Ares, etc.) or smaller, hands-on shops is valued equally — what matters is depth of exposure
• Familiarity with the credit lifecycle across both public and private markets
• OMS experience.
Technical Skills
• Comfortable working with large datasets and multiple market data sources
• Hands-on experience with Bloomberg (API or plug-in).
• Solid SQL skills.
• Understanding of data lineage, data structures, and how to validate data accuracy
Track record of applying AI tools to real work problems
