Contract Duration: 12 Months Required Skills & Experience • 7+ years of Business Systems Data or Business Systems Design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education. • Capital Markets – Heavy experience working in and supporting regulatory programs • Strong Understanding of risk concepts • Data Analysis and governance – Data modeling, ensuring data quality, ensuring reporting is accurate • Business Analyst Skills – Ability to liaison between technical teams and business side teams, gather requirements and translate them into user stories • Agile Project Management Tools and methodologies – (Agile, SDLC, & SCRUM) • Ability to write Functional Specifications Documents (FSD's) • Tableau and/or Dremio experience • Python – prototyping analysis/ development skills • SQL – Able to read, translate, and re-engineer queries to turn them into tech specs • JIRA/ Confluence • Microsoft Excel • Microsoft PowerPoint • Strong Communication skills • Self-starter • White glove service provider • Ability to take feedback and open to training What You Will Be Doing • Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Technology Business Systems Consulting. • Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking. • Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Technology Business Systems Consulting business solutions. • Strategically engage with client personnel.
