Desired Industry Experience: 6 - 10 years

Relevant Experience: MessagePoint Composer, OpenText

​

Academic Qualification: BE/ BTech/ MCA

​

Primary Skills:

   • 8-10 Years of experience in Analysis, Development of Applications on MessagePoint, OpenText Exstream and execute jobs

   • Hands-on experience working on Template development using MessagePoint & OpenText Exstream is a must

   • Analysis and requirement capturing for CCM applications

   • End-to-end design, Development, Process Orchestration and deployment

   • Expertise in Interactive Template Development

   • Setting up of environment (OpenText and MessagePoint) and configurations on Windows-based systems

   • Knowledge of Scripting languages – Perl, Python, Powershell

   • Unit Testing using PDF comparison tools

Secondary Skills:

   • CCM tools like Quadient, Pitney Bowes EngageOne are an added advantage

   • Experience in the Migration of Applications from one composition tool to another (OpenText to messagePoint)

   • CCM Domain experience

Soft Skills

   • Working experience at client locations based in the US and handling clients

   • Able to communicate effectively and work with an offshore team

   • Team player
