Responsibilities:
β’ Configuration, development, integration testing, and production rollout support on Exstream Cloud Native (CN) environment.
β’ Independently interpret and implement architecture, design, deployment, and cloud configuration tasks.
β’ Migrate existing applications and forms from legacy Exstream platforms to the Exstream Cloud Native (CN) environment.
β’ Design and facilitate the configuration of migration components from lower environment to production.
β’ Develop end-to-end Customer Communication Management (CCM) applications.
β’ Integrate output queues for printing and electronic channels.
β’ Understand the customer requirement and finalize the input file structure.
β’ Thorough understanding of different output formats (AFP, PDF, HTML5, LIVE, Empower).
β’ Design and prepare business requirement documents, technical design documents, and other project documentation.
β’ Conduct peer review of development work done by the team.
β’ Create, maintain, and ensure adherence to developer checklists, peer review checklists, and coding best practices.
β’ Perform unit testing, participate in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.
β’ Conduct effective quality assurance (QA) to ensure compliance with requirements and standards.
β’ Identify performance tuning opportunities and participate in cost optimization activities as needed.
β’ Identify training needs of the team and facilitate training exercise.
β’ Provide accurate updates to Architect and PM/DM.
β’ Identify performance tuning and cost saving activities within project as needed.
β’ Actively participate in daily stand up to review project deliverables progress.
β’ Actively participate in weekly project status reviews with customers, providing updates and addressing risks or issues.
What you need (Knowledge, Skills & Experience):
β’ Strong understanding of the end-to-end document lifecycle and expertise in OpenText Exstream.
β’ Experience in OpenText Exstream migration projects, including upgrades and modernization.
β’ Experience with public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) deploying Exstream server-based and cloud-native platforms.
β’ Experience end-to-End document lifecycle and OpenText Exstream
β’ Experience developing and managing OpenText Cloud and web-based applications.
β’ Experience in OpenText Exstream Live, Empower, Communications Designer and Content Author
β’ Experience in OpenText Exstream, Communication Builder, Communication Server, OTDS, WorkShop, StoryBoard, ReTouch, Supervisor
β’ Strong understanding of Orchestration Flow Context, Flow Model, and Flow Script, including debugging and enhancements.
β’ Hands-on experience working with REST APIs and system integrations.
β’ Experience with Control-M job scheduling and workflow orchestration.
β’ Strong skills in debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving across application and infrastructure layers.
β’ Experience in direct customer communication, requirement analysis, and solution discussions.
β’ Experience in SmartCOMM migration is Plus
