Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Process Mining Consultant to support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Celonis EMS, Signavio Process Intelligence, and Python scripting, with a proven track record of driving measurable improvements in operational efficiency through data-driven process insights. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end process mining engagements using Celonis, from data ingestion and modeling to KPI design and dashboard development. Apply Signavio for process mapping, simulation, and governance in alignment with business goals. Leverage Python and SQL for ETL processes, custom connectors, and automation tasks. Analyze business processes (P2P, O2C, SCM, etc.) and deliver actionable insights to reduce cycle times, increase throughput, and ensure compliance. Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, operations, and executive teams to translate findings into impactful process improvement strategies. Guide clients through best practices in process mining, process discovery, and data integration. Qualifications: 9+ years of overall experience in process improvement, data analytics, or digital transformation. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Celonis EMS in a lead or implementation role. Practical knowledge of Signavio for modeling and analysis. Advanced scripting skills in Python and strong command of SQL. Experience integrating data from ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with a client-focused mindset. Preferred: Celonis and/or Signavio certification. Prior experience in consulting or transformation programs across Finance, Procurement, or Supply Chain. Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.
