We are seeking a Certified Databricks Data Analyst Associate who can turn curated HR data into usable analytics for business stakeholders. This is not a generic BI role. We need someone who understands Databricks SQL, curated data consumption, KPI logic, exploratory analysis, and business-facing analytics in an enterprise environment. What you will do • Work with curated Databricks datasets for KPI development and analysis • Use Databricks SQL and notebooks for validation, analysis, and business insight generation • Support natural-language analytics use cases, including Databricks Genie • Help translate business questions into analytics logic and usable data products • Support user demos, testing, and analytics validation Absolute must-haves • Active Databricks Data Analyst Associate certification • 3+ years in analytics or BI with strong Databricks exposure • Experience with Databricks SQL • Experience validating datasets and KPI logic • Ability to work directly with business stakeholders • U.S.-based Strongly preferred • Experience with Databricks Genie • HR, workforce, or operational analytics experience • Public-sector experience
