Role description
Role Overview We’re seeking a highly analytical and execution-driven Change Management Analyst to join our transformation team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, brings a technical edge to change initiatives, and can translate complex data into actionable insights for executive leadership. You’ll be instrumental in building out performance metrics, designing interactive dashboards, and supporting organizational change management (OCM) efforts. If you're a hands-on problem solver with a passion for data storytelling and transformation, we want to hear from you. Primary Responsibilities (80% Technical / Data-Focused) • Design and implement KPIs and OKRs to measure transformation success across initiatives. • Develop dynamic dashboards in Tableau (preferred) or Power BI: • Create layouts optimized for C-level readability. • Use advanced formulas and data modeling to ensure dashboards are interactive and insightful. • Incorporate correlation graphs, scatter plots, and trend analysis to highlight performance patterns. • Identify and model trends using statistical techniques and predictive analytics. • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements and ensure dashboards reflect real-time business needs. • Act as a transformation “do-er”—someone who rolls up their sleeves and drives execution with precision and speed. Secondary Responsibilities (20% Organizational Change Management) • Develop OCM templates and assessments to support project kickoffs and readiness activities. • Conduct change impact assessments, evaluating risk levels across multiple projects. • Build survey pipelines to collect and analyze stakeholder feedback. • Use Excel-based scoring models to assess change readiness and impact. • Partner with project managers and HR to align change strategies with business goals. Qualifications • 3–5 years of experience in change management, transformation, or data analytics roles. • Strong proficiency in Tableau (preferred) or Power BI, including dashboard design and formula creation. • Solid understanding of data modeling, trend analysis, and visual storytelling. • Experience with correlation graphs, scatter plots, and executive-level reporting. • Familiarity with OCM frameworks, change impact assessments, and survey analysis. • Advanced Excel skills, including scoring models and risk assessments. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into business insights. • Self-starter with a “get-it-done” attitude and a passion for driving change. What You’ll Gain • A front-row seat in enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. • Opportunities to shape how data drives change at the organizational level. • Exposure to executive leadership and strategic decision-making. • A collaborative, fast-paced environment where innovation is encouraged.
