Role description
Job Summary:
The Channel Metadata Analyst supports a leading healthcare organization with the daily management, optimization, and governance of digital marketing metadata and operational workflows. This role works across multiple teams to maintain content accuracy, streamline processes, support dashboard development, and enable efficient digital campaign execution. The position also assists with email program operations, preference management, and data-driven reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead day-to-day operational activities, including metadata tagging and dashboard updates for complex brand programs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agencies to maintain content standards and ensure alignment on processes
• Use Salesforce for metadata tracking and related operational workflows
• Perform data querying, analysis, and process improvements using SQL
• Create and maintain documentation such as guides, playbooks, and workflow materials
• Support onboarding of internal and external teams on operational processes
• Gather requirements, conduct testing, and validate data inputs and outputs
• Drive standardization and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Smartsheet, Workfront, and PowerBI
• Support email workflow processes, including Email Rental and Preference Center operations
• Stay current on digital operations best practices and recommend enhancements
• Communicate clearly across technical and business teams to ensure smooth execution
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience in digital marketing operations, database or content management, and project management
• Hands-on experience with Smartsheet, PowerBI, and Salesforce
• Proficiency with SQL; experience with Snowflake and Marketo is a strong plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience developing process documentation and training materials
• Background supporting digital campaign operations or data-driven marketing programs
