CJA Data Analyst

We're supporting a digital product team seeking a Data Analyst with deep expertise in Adobe Analytics (AEM) and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). This role supports behavioral tracking, OKR measurement, and analytics insights that guide product teams in making data-driven decisions. Required Qualifications • 10+ years of experience in behavioral analytics • Expertise with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) • Strong understanding of digital analytics implementation requirements • Ability to evaluate designs for alignment with business objectives and site performance • Proficiency in data visualization • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills • Experience collaborating with UX, product, and design teams • Excellent communication and cross-functional partnership skills Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St. Louis, MO. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $71.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
