Role description
The team is looking for a Lead Analytics Consultant with broad knowledge of the digital analytics space and deep knowledge of the analytics solutions Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). The ideal candidate should have an understanding of the analytics implementation process as well as strong skills in reporting and analysis.
This is a strategic consulting role, not a ticket-driven implementation role. Youβll partner with marketing leaders, data teams, and client stakeholders to implement analytics, support test and learn programs and uncover valuable insights about user behavior.
Information Security Responsibilities
β’ Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
β’ Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
β’ Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
β’ Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information
Role and Responsibilities
β’ Lead analytics projects; collaborate effectively with team members
β’ Translate ambiguous client needs into structured analytics solutions using Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics
β’ Uncover insightful analysis, create dashboards and reporting in Adobe Analytics and CJA Workspace
β’ Report on Adobe Target experimentation and testing in Adobe Analytics and CJA, analyze user behavior to inform testing and optimization opportunities
β’ Provide and evangelize best-in-class documentation and enablement
β’ Conduct highly customized, hands-on training sessions
β’ Demonstrate a grasp of the fundamental importance of clean data to empower successful digital marketing initiatives, in support of larger business objectives
β’ Ensure client expectations are met and results are delivered
β’ Articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner, both in speech and writing; understand the audience and tailor messages accordingly
β’ Exemplify good consulting skills, diplomacy, and effective messaging, and mentor team members in the same vein; share expertise freely
β’ Adapt to a fast-paced work environment and have the ability to overcome technical and business challenges
β’ Demonstrate high intellectual bandwidth, as well an ability to prioritize and work on the right things at the right time
β’ Volunteer suggestions for team improvement and take the time to help push initiatives forward
β’ Actively contribute to the greater community by participating in meet-ups, conferences, blogs, open forums, or open-source initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
β’ 5+ years of experience working in an agency environment
β’ 3+ years of working with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics
β’ Adobe Analytics certification is a plus
β’ Adobe Customer Journey Analytics certification is a plus
β’ Exposure to Adobe Target is a plus
β’ Exposure to other AEP solutions (RT-CDP, AJO) is a plus
