Role description
Hi, Akkodis is seeking a Lien Resolution Analyst for our Contract position with a client. It is a remote position. Position: Lien Resolution Analyst Location: Remote Duration: 12+ Months Pay Range: $18/hr - $21/hour without benefits (Pay rate varies based on experience) Work Schedule: 8:00am - 5pm EST Job Description: The client is seeking a detail-oriented Lient Resolution Analyst to support Medicare Section 111 reporting and client data management. This role works closely with clients and the Benefits Coordination and Recovery Center (BCRC) to ensure timely, accurate submission of claims data and resolution of reporting errors. The Analyst will assist with onboarding new clients, managing data submissions, troubleshooting exceptions, and providing training and ongoing client support. Strong communication skills, analytical ability, and experience handling large volumes of data are essential. Key Responsibilities β€’ Implement new clients, including registration with Medicare and portal setup β€’ Monitor and validate client data submissions for accuracy and compliance β€’ Resolve data errors, exceptions, and technical issues β€’ Communicate regularly with clients via phone and email β€’ Ensure timely reporting to Medicare on behalf of clients β€’ Assist with system testing, process improvements, and documentation β€’ Provide training and support on the Epiq MMSEA web portal β€’ Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues Required Qualifications β€’ 3–5 years of client service or related experience β€’ Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office β€’ Strong written and verbal communication skills β€’ Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability β€’ Experience working with databases and electronic data interfaces β€’ Ability to manage large datasets and meet deadlines β€’ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Preferred Qualifications β€’ Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, VA, Tricare, HMS, Optum, or Equian β€’ Knowledge of healthcare claims, compliance, or regulatory reporting β€’ Experience with DocuSign Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, an EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
