Clarity PPM Expert - US Citizens Only

PROLIM (www.prolim.com) is currently seeking Clarity PPM Expert for one of our top client for Remote role. US Citizens Only. This is a mandatory requirement by the client due to nature of the job. Role Description We are seeking a hands-on Clarity PPM Application Expert to support the migration, customization, configuration, and secure operation of Clarity PPM during a large-scale enterprise system transition. This is a technical execution role, not a project management position, requiring deep functional and technical expertise in Clarity PPM and close collaboration with stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with enterprise application migrations, Clarity PPM configuration/customization, and system integrations in complex environments. Responsibilities • Configure, customize, and administer Clarity PPM in an enterprise environment. • Lead and support Clarity PPM migrations and system transitions, including environment setup, configuration validation, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization. • Provide technical input for cutover and testing plans, and execute configuration, security, and integration validation. • Partner with vendors and internal IT teams to support data migration and data cleansing, ensuring technical oversight and accuracy. • Support and maintain integrations between Clarity PPM and enterprise systems (ERP, PLM, reporting, identity management). • Manage application security (roles, permissions, audit trails) and support basic Windows/Linux administration in collaboration with infrastructure teams. Qualifications • 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise PPM or business applications, with a strong focus on Clarity PPM. • Proven hands-on experience with Clarity PPM configuration, customization, and administration. • Demonstrated experience supporting application migrations and complex system transitions. • Strong background in application, systems, or software engineering. • Ability to translate technical work into clear, detailed execution steps for migration, cutover, and testing. • Solid understanding of application security and access control concepts.
