Role description
Responsibilities:
• Partner directly with client stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions to complex operational and business challenges.
• Configure and optimize enterprise data platforms to support analytics, reporting, and decision-making.
• Build and maintain data pipelines using SQL, Python, and related technologies.
• Integrate data from multiple structured and unstructured sources to create scalable analytical solutions.
• Develop dashboards, workflows, and monitoring capabilities that drive operational visibility and business outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops, data reviews, and stakeholder sessions to identify opportunities and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement performance improvements.
• Support cloud-native and containerized deployments using modern technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker.
• Lead project workstreams and mentor junior team members.
• Contribute to best practices and help drive continuous improvement across engagements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–7 years of experience delivering analytics, data engineering, or technology consulting solutions.
• Strong proficiency with SQL and Python.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets and enterprise data platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Preferred Experience:
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with SaaS products and modern data architectures.
• Experience working in consulting, startup, or fast-paced environments.
• Exposure to supply chain, operations, logistics, risk management, or strategic planning initiatives.
• Master's degree in a quantitative or technical discipline.
