Role description
Required Skills: • Responsible for debugging, monitoring, testing, and data governance of the analytics and marketing tags. • Strong Project management skills including identifying and tracking dependences between technical tasks in JIRA. • Act as a translation layer to map business & technical requirements to upstream engineering teams and document findings in JIRA. • Map business requirements to underlying source data, validate data thoroughly and communicate data gaps/ bugs with the engineering team. • Dive deep into existing Amplitude and Tableau dashboards to understand derivation/lineage of metrics behind them. • Independently audits and monitor tags to identify data quality issues. Provide recommendations to correct as needed. • Gather and understand the business needs of various stakeholders (media, web & app teams, and developers) and recommend an implementation plan based on digital analytics best practices. • Hands on End to end experience on Amplitude (implementation, debugging, reporting and data validation) • Experience with SQL and databases is strongly preferred. • Working knowledge of BI tools like Tableau is a plus. • Retail Experience Nice to have skills: • Experience in implementing GA 360, GA4, Adjust and marketing platforms (meta, Google, Snapchat, etc.) across app and web applications. • Maintain accurate documentation of tag management architecture and analytics implementation.
