The decision to move CDAs to the new solution will be based on the success of the initial phase of the CLM effort and the viability of the overall solution.

This will include the integration of existing fall back language in Lawβs Contract Negotiation guide and a contract review capability to identify areas of interest between the baseline and redlined version of the negotiated contracts. The contract review capability is also being evaluated for use of comparing non-procurement (e.g., Clinical) agreement baseline templates to redlined versions of contracts from suppliers with the intent to enable a more automated review of terms in negotiated agreements for other Law contracting teams.
