Role description
CLO Analyst – Structured Credit A leading provider of data, analytics, and technology solutions in the structured finance and banking markets is seeking a CLO Analyst to join their Structured Credit team. For decades, this firm has been trusted by clients worldwide to deliver clarity into complex markets, manage risk, and support informed decision-making. About the Role This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of structured credit analysis, data integrity, and cashflow modeling. The ideal candidate will have experience with CLOs or other structured finance products and a passion for solving complex analytical challenges. Key Responsibilities β€’ Identify and resolve missing or inconsistent data across CLO deals β€’ Perform backtesting and address modeling issues to improve accuracy β€’ Execute cashflow modeling and reporting of CLO transactions β€’ Run SQL queries (AWS), analyze structured finance datasets, and provide outputs to internal teams and clients β€’ Conduct QA, data analytics, and error tracing to ensure data accuracy and reliability β€’ Review deal documentation (prospectuses, indentures) to support analysis and reporting Qualifications β€’ 2–5 years of experience in CLOs (or broader structured finance, including CDOs) β€’ Strong understanding of securitization, CLO/CDO deal structures, and related documentation β€’ Proven experience with cashflow modeling and stress testing structured products β€’ Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, macros, etc.) β€’ SQL proficiency with the ability to manage and interpret large datasets β€’ Excellent oral and written communication skills β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Finance required; MBA or other advanced finance-related degree is a plus Why Apply This position provides the chance to work with industry-leading data and technology while deepening your expertise in structured credit.
