Location: hybrid 50% - Westwells Rd, Corsham
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Business Analyst to support customer onboarding and migration to MODCloud S. You will collaborate closely with the Cloud Adoption Team, driving requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, process development, and continuous service improvement.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement customer onboarding and migration workflows for MODCloud S.
• Engage with stakeholders and customers to capture business needs and cloud hosting objectives.
• Manage customer readiness backlogs, support persona creation and learning pathway development.
• Build and maintain strategic stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear and proactive communication.
• Lead process optimisation initiatives by implementing best practices and lessons learned.
• Define requirements lifecycle, create reusable templates/patterns, and ensure alignment with platform services (e.g., VMs, Kubernetes, AI/ML).
