Title: GCP Cloud Data Architect (Healthcare Domain) Location: Nashville, TN (Hybrid) Employment Type: W2 (Candidates must be W2 employees of Simarn Solutions - No C2C) Experience: 9+ Years Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled GCP Cloud Data Architect to design and implement scalable, cloud-native data architectures. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL/ELT frameworks, with a preference for experience in healthcare data domains. Key Responsibilities Architecture & Design • Define and implement target-state cloud data architecture aligned with enterprise standards. • Design and maintain staging, conformed, and reporting layers. • Develop scalable and efficient data models supporting enterprise analytics. • Ensure architecture adheres to cloud-native best practices for: Performance optimization, Cost efficiency, Data quality & governance and Scalability Technical Expertise • Design and implement cloud-based data warehouses (GCP preferred; Azure/AWS acceptable). • Apply modern data modeling techniques, including: Dimensional modeling, Conformed dimensions, Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD), Snapshot-based reporting • Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines. • Manage metadata, data lineage, and governance frameworks. • Collaborate with BI teams using tools such as: Power BI, Looker, Tableau Healthcare Domain (Preferred) • Experience working with healthcare data domains such as patient access, revenue cycle, eligibility, scheduling, or clinical operations. • Understanding of healthcare data sensitivity, audit needs, and regulatory expectations. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Technology/Engineering or related field. • Strong hands-on experience with Cloud Platform. • Proven expertise in enterprise data architecture design.
