Role description
Looking for a senior Cloud Data Engineer(12+Years), Long-term W2 contract, and Hybrid role in NYC, NY or Iselin, NJ, (Must be able to go hybrid onsite).
Must work on W2
Skills required:
• Cloud Technologies: Proficiency in cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Data Engineering: Strong understanding of data warehousing, data lakes, and ETL processes.
• Programming: Experience with programming languages like Python, Java, or Scala. Cloud Data Platform: Strong experience with Cloud Data Platform like Databricks (preferred), Snowflake, Redshift, etc.
• Databricks Expertise: Deep understanding of Databricks architecture, including clusters, jobs, notebooks, and workspaces.
• Database Technologies: Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
• Infrastructure as Code: Understanding of IaC and good exposure to tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• DevOps Principles: Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems.
• Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills.
