Role description
We are looking who can work only on w2 and local to NY, NJ only This role will design, implement, and manage secure, scalable cloud infrastructure in AWS and Azure, while supporting DevOps initiatives and CI/CD automation across environments. The ideal candidate will bring deep cloud knowledge, scripting expertise, and experience with infrastructure automation. Responsibilities: β€’ Design and implement cloud architectures using AWS and Azure services (EC2, S3, RDS, Azure VMs, Blob Storage, Kubernetes, etc.). β€’ Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates. β€’ Manage deployments via GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines. β€’ Monitor system performance, resolve cloud-related issues, and ensure high availability. β€’ Implement security best practices including access control, encryption, and compliance alignment. β€’ Collaborate with development teams to translate application requirements into scalable cloud solutions. β€’ Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes. Requirements: β€’ Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. β€’ 10+ years of experience with Azure and AWS cloud platforms. β€’ Strong scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash. β€’ Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD tools. β€’ Solid understanding of networking (VNETs, VPNs, Load Balancing), cloud security, and DevOps principles. β€’ Experience managing containerized apps and orchestrating with Kubernetes. β€’ Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Additional Qualifications: β€’ One or more of the following certifications: Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert, Microsoft Certified: Azure Network Engineer Associate, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or AWS Certified Advanced Networking.
