Cloud Engineer (MS Exchange / O365)

TITLE: Cloud Engineer (Exchange / O365) LOCATION: Onsite in Atlanta, GA ANTICIPATED DURATION: 12-Month Contract to Hire Cloud Engineer Responsibilities: • Manage multiple projects and initiatives with minimal guidance or supervision. • Coordinate implementation of proposed solutions. • Communicate clearly and effectively with all levels within the organization while maintaining professional relationships. • Present to executives and other non-technical stakeholders. • Maintain technical awareness and evaluate emerging technologies for applicability to business plans. • Manage, support, and maintain MS Exchange and Office 365. • Support mergers & acquisitions integration. • Troubleshoot AD, DNS, DHCP, and security-related issues in large multi-domain environments. • Support, monitor, and maintain multiple Windows Domain environments. • Learn quickly and show initiative with new technologies and complex support issues. • Design, engineer, document, and implement distributed enterprise server environments. • Cross-train support technicians and helpdesk teams on new technologies. • Collaborate with executives, PMs, sys admins, network engineers, developers, analysts, testers, and support staff on IT solutions. • Mentor and cross-train junior personnel on Windows troubleshooting, design, engineering, support, and maintenance. Cloud Engineer Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience. • 5+ years supporting MS Exchange / O365. • 5+ years administering Active Directory including domain management and FSMO roles. • Proficient in Exchange/O365 upgrades, migrations, and troubleshooting in hybrid environments. • Proficient with Microsoft Identity Management (MIM) and Azure B2B Identity Management in multi-tenant environments. • Strong knowledge of Windows Security in large multi-domain environments. • Skilled in: • Performing domain migrations of users, computers, mailboxes, etc. • Setting up trusts and cross-domain authentication. • Monitoring and maintaining large AD/Exchange environments. • 2+ years supporting Single Sign-On using Azure and ADFS. Cloud Engineer Preferred Experience: • MSCE certification a plus. The hourly pay rate range for this position is $60–80/hr (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
