The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently or as part of a team, and will provide technical support, training, and documentation to ensure long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Design and implement scalable cloud-based solutions aligned with business requirements.
β’ Assess current configurations and recommend enhancements based on product specifications.
β’ Configure cloud infrastructure and software, ensuring optimal performance and security.
β’ Train team members and stakeholders on deployed solutions and document configurations for ongoing support.
β’ Collaborate on large-scale projects or independently manage smaller initiatives and support visits.
β’ Provide technical support and assist in the design and troubleshooting of cloud solutions.
β’ Upgrade cloud infrastructure components, apply patches, and maintain data security protocols.
β’ Develop disaster recovery plans for cloud services.
β’ Create and maintain cloud strategy documentation, including performance reports and metrics.
Required Skills & Experience:
β’ Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, including: Azure App Service, Azure Front Door, (VNet) design and segmentation, Hybrid Connectivity, Load Balancing and Traffic Distribution, Routing and Traffic Control, DNS configuration and management
β’ Strong understanding of cloud architecture, security, and disaster recovery planning.
β’ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
β’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
