Typical Responsibilities: • Administer and support Microsoft Cloud platforms, including (but not limited to) Azure, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365. • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders—such as project managers, product owners, and end-users—to deliver comprehensive cloud-driven solutions. • Partner with solution architects, developers, DevOps engineers, and security professionals to ensure seamless project execution. • Author, review, and contribute to technical documentation, including infrastructure-as-code (IaC) artifacts. Education & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience; OR • At least 12 years of experience in lieu of a degree Technical Skills (Required): • Proficient in administering Microsoft Entra, Azure, and Power Platform using portals, command-line interfaces (CLI), and through CI/CD pipelines Technical Skills (Preferred): • Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps Soft Skills: • Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to thrive in R&D environments • Willing to take initiative in both innovation and operational/admin tasks as needed
