Job Description: Position/Title: Cloud Native Support Engineer Required Skills and Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud Operations, DevOps Support, or Kubernetes-based environments. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes fundamentals — including Pods, Deployments, Services, ConfigMaps, Secrets, Admissions, API server, Etcd and basic troubleshooting. Knowledge in K8s Architecture, API/ETCD/Controllers, Validation/Mutation admission webhooks Basic understanding of cloud-native concepts such as microservices, containers, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience using monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or equivalent). Familiarity with Linux systems, command-line tools, and scripting (Bash, Python preferred). Strong understanding of incident management and ticketing workflows (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow). Excellent communication skills — capable of explaining technical issues to non-technical audiences. Demonstrated accountability and ownership in driving issues to closure. Certification in Kubernetes (CKA or CKS) or equivalent experience. Basic understanding of networking concepts — DNS, Load Balancing, Ingress. Nice to Have Familiarity with Helm, Istio, or container runtime environments. Experience in automation or scripting for operational efficiency. Agentic AI - Langgraph/LangChain is a plus Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
