We are looking for Cloud and Event Streaming Subject Matter Experts to join our Enterprise IT Architecture & Strategy team. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and governing mission-critical platforms across hybrid and multi-cloud environments, helping the organisation become more agile, data-driven, and AI-ready. 🌟 Areas of Expertise We’re Hiring For We are seeking three distinct SME profiles. If you are a specialist in one or more, we want to hear from you! 🔹 Kafka SME • Hands-on expertise in designing & implementing Kafka event streaming across enterprise hybrid/multi-cloud ecosystems. • Deep knowledge of Apache Kafka, Confluent (Platform & Cloud), Strimzi, Schema Registry (Avro/JSON), Mirror Maker, Cluster Linking, RBAC, Connect & Connectors (JDBC, BigQuery, MQ, etc). • Skilled in capacity planning, partitioning strategies, resilient architectures & troubleshooting production streams • Proven ability to design enterprise event broker patterns, async APIs, and integration strategies. • Bonus: Experience integrating Kafka streams with Agentic AI workflows. 🔹 Google Cloud Platform SME • Active GCP Certification (Associate/Professional) required. • Expertise in cloud-native architecture, deployment, and automation (Terraform, Ansible, Shell, Python) • Strong background in microservices, serverless, networking, storage, security, compliance (SOX/PCI). • Experience with multi-vendor integrations (SAP, Oracle, IBM, Microsoft, etc.) and cloud governance. • Skilled in creating cloud policies, roadmaps, reference architectures, and TCO/ROI assessments. 🔹 AWS Cloud SME • Active AWS Certification (Associate/Professional) required. • Extensive experience designing & scaling enterprise solutions on AWS Compute, Storage, Networking, IAM, Security, and Well-Architected Framework. • Strong automation skills with CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible, Python, PowerShell, etc. • Knowledge of cloud risk management, compliance, resiliency, and disaster recovery. • Proven record of building enterprise-grade, cloud-native applications with microservices/SOA. 🌍 What You’ll Do • Drive enterprise cloud & streaming strategies across AWS, GCP, and Kafka ecosystems. • Design architecture deliverables, reference architectures, design documents, diagrams, roadmaps, PoCs. • Consult on integration strategies for real-time data flow, microservices, APIs, and AI-driven workloads. • Troubleshoot production event streams, cloud deployments & performance bottlenecks. • Conduct research & innovation reviews on best practices for high-availability, resiliency, and compliance. • Create and govern standards, patterns, policies, and frameworks for enterprise cloud + streaming adoption. • Communicate complex solutions to both executives and technical stakeholders. ✅ What We’re Looking For • Proven hands-on experience (not just training or certification). • Deep expertise in Kafka, GCP, or AWS (multi-experience is a strong plus). • Experience with CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and deployment strategies at enterprise scale. • Knowledge of SQL & NoSQL data management, APIs, and automation tools. • Strong documentation & communication skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel/Power BI, Visio/Draw.io) • Adaptability, continuous learning, and a passion for shaping enterprise IT transformation. • Bonus: Familiarity with Generative AI, prompt engineering, and AI + Cloud + Streaming integration. 🌟 Why Join Us? • Be a technology leader in shaping the future of enterprise IT. • Work with cutting-edge tools and drive adoption of next-gen platforms. • Collaborate with global teams on multi-cloud, AI, and streaming-first architectures. • Enjoy a culture that values innovation, agility, and growth. 📩 Apply Now If you are a Kafka SME, GCP SME, or AWS SME ready to take on high-impact cloud & streaming challenges, we’d love to hear from you!
