This position requires a candidate who can analyze business requirements, perform design tasks, construct, test, and implement solutions with little supervision in a Lean/Agile Development environment. The candidate must be a highly motivated self-starter and must be committed to delivering high quality solutions within agreed upon timelines. Core Competencies : The following are highlighted entrepreneurial competencies and core expectations for the job/role: • Performing development using standards and procedures, maintaining code and version control through Github. • Manage projects thru inception, elaboration, development, testing, and implementation with the help of other assigned resources. Using various tools: Elixir, Erlang VM, Node.js, Javascript/JQuery/Ajax/JSON, D3.js, C#, ASP.NET ,T-SQL, MS SQL 2008- MS SQL 2014, Couchbase, HTML 5, Domain Driven Design, NoSQL • Completing Unit Testing and participating in Peer/Code Reviews of other developers work • Providing advanced troubleshooting user support working with end users at all levels of the organization • Provide support for the various Integration Platforms utilized by customer which includes Cloverleaf, Mulesoft, MoveIT, Microsoft Biztalk, as well as internally developed platforms such as Waterpark, FHIR services, and FAUX. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills Education & Experience: • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field - Preferred • Master's degree in computer science or related field - Preferred • 1+ year(s) of experience in Information Technology - Required
