Cogito Business Analyst

We’re seeking an experienced Epic Cogito Business Analyst to join our team on a short-term contract. In this role, you’ll design, develop, and deploy reporting and visualization solutions that drive data-driven decisions across the organization. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as SME for analytics and reporting, partnering with business teams to solve complex data challenges. • Build and maintain Epic reporting tools (Cogito, Clarity, Caboodle) and enterprise-level dashboards. • Develop data visualizations and ensure adherence to institutional standards. • Gather requirements, document business logic, and create datasets for ad hoc reporting. • Collaborate on upgrades, maintenance, and training documentation for analytics solutions. Required Skills: • 3+ years in healthcare data analytics or IT. • Strong knowledge of Epic’s reporting suite (Cogito, Clarity, Caboodle). • Expertise in data quality, profiling, and metadata management. • Excellent communication and time management skills. Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s in IT or related field. • Epic certifications in Cogito, Clarity, Caboodle, and Data Modeling.
