About the Role
We are seeking a Collibra Data Quality (DQ) Specialist to help design, implement, and scale the organizationβs data quality framework using Collibra. In this role, you will work across business and technology teams to define best practices, establish effective monitoring processes, and maximize the value of data governance initiatives.
Responsibilities:
β’ Design, configure, and optimize Collibra Data Quality rules, workflows, and dashboards.
β’ Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define data quality standards and best practices.
β’ Lead the adoption and effective use of Collibra DQ across various teams.
β’ Monitor and improve data accuracy, consistency, and completeness within enterprise systems.
β’ Provide recommendations for enhancing data governance and stewardship processes.
β’ Create documentation, training materials, and knowledge-sharing sessions to support ongoing enablement.
Minimum Qualifications:
β’ Proven hands-on experience with Collibra Data Quality (DQ) implementation and configuration.
β’ Strong understanding of data governance, data management, and data quality frameworks.
β’ Experience working with large datasets, metadata management, and enterprise data platforms.
β’ Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
β’ Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
β’ Experience integrating Collibra DQ with other data governance or analytics platforms.
β’ Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other scripting languages for data validation and automation.
β’ Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure) and modern data ecosystems.
β’ Background in financial services or banking domain would be plus.
