Commercial Analytics Manager
London / Hybrid | 6-Month Contract - PE-Backed Consultancy
We are partnering with a PE-backed consultancy at a key stage of its growth and transformation, looking to appoint a Commercial Analytics Manager on an initial 6-month contract.
This is a highly visible, business-critical role focused on commercial and operational analytics, working closely with senior leadership to drive data-led decision-making.
The Opportunity
You will operate at the intersection of commercial, operations, and data, helping the business better understand performance drivers, optimise revenue, and unlock value through insight.
Youβll play a key role in turning complex, multi-source data into clear, actionable outputs that directly support C-suite strategy and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Lead deep-dive commercial and operational analytics across revenue, pipeline, and performance drivers
β’ Build and enhance commercial forecasting models, including pipeline and sales-to-revenue profiling
β’ Work across multiple systems (CRM, financial, operational), sourcing and validating data to generate insight
β’ Design and deliver Power BI dashboards for senior stakeholders and executive reporting
β’ Translate complex data into clear, decision-ready insights that inform strategy
β’ Support broader transformation initiatives, improving data quality, reporting, and analytics capability
What Weβre Looking For
β’ Proven experience in commercial and operational analytics within a complex business environment
β’ Strong track record of influencing senior stakeholders and executive-level decisions through insight
β’ Experience building commercial forecasting / pipeline models using both CRM and financial data
β’ Advanced Power BI capability (hands-on dashboard development essential)
β’ Comfortable working with imperfect, multi-system data environments
β’ Exposure to professional services / time-based billing models is highly desirable
