Role: CAD Automation Solution Architect Location: Omaha, NE Type: Contract / Full-time Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Solutions Architect with deep expertise in CAD/CAE automation and software architecture. This hybrid role combines hands-on development with strategic solutioning, acting as a bridge between customer stakeholders and offshore development teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in CAD software customization, full-stack development, and engineering workflow optimization. Required Technical Skills: • CAD Tools: Creo (Toolkit, JLink), SolidWorks, Inventor • Programming Languages: C++, Java, VB.Net, JavaScript, HTML, CSS • Database Management: MS Access, MS SQL, PostgreSQL • Other Tools: MS Office Suite, MS Project, Version Control Systems Core Competencies: • CAD/CAE Automation • Solution Architecture • Software Development • Workflow Optimization • Cross-Functional Communication Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. • 12+ years of experience in CAD automation and software development. • Proven track record of leading cross-functional engineering projects.
