Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled CTI/VVID Engineer Level 4 to serve as a subject matter expert in telecommunications, internetworking, data networking, and CTI/VVID converged networks. This contract position is 100% on-site and offers the opportunity to lead and manage complex technical projects in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities · Lead analysis and consultation for complex CTI/VVID converged network designs · Supervise and manage technology-specific implementation projects · Provide strategic direction on research, testing, and integration efforts · Oversee interoperability and integration testing across telecommunications and data networks · Manage and mentor engineering teams or departments · Perform modeling and simulation services for advanced CTI/VVID network environments · Support migration and integration of legacy systems (e.g., SNA/IP) · Perform additional duties as required Required Qualifications · Minimum of Secret Security Clearance · Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field · Minimum of 10 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Cloud & Virtualization Engineer (Lead) Server/Systems Engineer (Lead) · Expertise in one or more of the following areas: - Routing and switching infrastructures - Transport technologies - Network management - IP telephony integration - Advanced network security - ISP/dial-up systems - SNA/IP migration · Experience managing large-scale, complex network environments · Strong leadership and team management skills · Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities · Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments Preferred Qualifications · Advanced degree in a related field · Relevant certifications (e.g., CCIE, CISSP) or equivalent · Experience with CTI/VVID-specific technologies and platforms · DoD experience - specifically working with the U.S. Army Application Instructions To apply, please submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your experience, qualifications, and salary expectations.
