Position Title: Senior Salesforce Developer Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid- Every Other Week- Local Candidates Strongly Preferred) Duration: 12 months with possible extension Pay Range: $70 - $85/hr Day-to-Day Responsibilities • Develop Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), triggers, Visualforce pages, and flows • Customize and configure SF Public Sector Solutions (PSS) components • Collaborate with business analysts and state stakeholders to refine user stories • Support sprint ceremonies and agile development cycles (2-week cadence) • Troubleshoot bugs, resolve production issues, and manage deployments • Integrate SF with external systems (e.g., data lakes, case management tools) • Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge transfer for future enhancements • Participate in code reviews and mentor mid-level devs on the team Must Haves • 5+ years of SF development experience (Apex, LWC, Flows) • Strong experience customizing SF Government Cloud or Public Sector modules • Familiarity with data security and compliance in regulated environments • Experience working on large-scale enterprise or government implementations • Ability to work onsite in Lansing every other week • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams Benefits: The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, (paid time , paid sick and safe time , hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, paid holidays annually - AS Applicable)
