Location: Phoenix, AZ
W2 CONTRACT ROLE ONLY
Job Description:
Strong knowledge of Contact Center platforms - experience with Genesys Engage / PureEngage data (InfoMart, GAAP, GIDB, SpeechMiner) and at least one CCaaS platform (Five, Google CCAl Platform, or Amazon Connect).
Required Skills & Experience
Strong knowledge of Contact Center platforms - experience with Genesys Engage /
PureEngage data (InfoMart, GAAP, GIDB, SpeechMiner) and at least one CCaas platform (Five9, Google CCAI Platform, or Amazon Connect).
Solid understanding of contact center data models - interactions, calls, agents, queues, routing, wrap-up, and states.
Experience building and maintaining data pipelines and warehouses (BigQuery or similar).
Proficiency with data integration tools and streaming frameworks such as Kafka or Google Pub/Sub
Strong SQL and data modeling skills
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain data pipelines to integrate and transform data from Genesys (InfoMart, GAAP, SpeechMiner) and cloud-based CCaas platforms (e.g., Five9, Google CCAI Platform, Amazon Connect).
Implement and optimize ETL / ELT workflows for high-volume contact center data using tools such as Airflow, Kafka, or Pub/Sub.
Support the design and development of hybrid on-prem and cloud data architectures, ensuring seamless coexistence during migration.
Build and maintain data models and warehouse tables (fact/dimension structures) for reporting and analytics.
Collaborate with data architects to implement canonical data models, data contracts, and federated access layers.
