Role description
Business Analyst – Seismic Content Automation Are you passionate about transforming static content into data-driven automation? We’re seeking a Business Analyst (BA) to support an enterprise-level initiative leveraging Seismic to automate the creation of marketing and client reporting materials. This is a high-impact opportunity to work across business, data, and technology teamsβ€”helping design and deliver automated solutions that streamline how materials are created, customized, and distributed. What You’ll Do As a Business Analyst, you will: β€’ Partner with Seismic, IT, and Data teams to define and document business and data requirements. β€’ Support end-to-end development of automated templates within Seismic. β€’ Gather requirements for marketing and client reporting materials and translate them into actionable development tasks. β€’ Coordinate with QA and UAT teams to support testing and user validation. β€’ Manage Azure DevOps (ADO) tickets to track project deliverables. β€’ Enable business users on Seismic automation workflows and template usage. β€’ Collaborate with data teams to ensure data feeds are complete, accurate, and properly mapped for automation. β€’ Become a subject matter expert on Seismic’s content automation capabilities and help guide best practices across teams. What You Bring β€’ Excellent organization and documentation skills. β€’ Strong communication across business and technical stakeholders. β€’ Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously. β€’ Self-starter with strong initiative and problem-solving skills. β€’ Experience translating complex business needs into structured requirements. Tools & Environment β€’ Seismic – content automation and materials management β€’ Alteryx – data preparation for Seismic templates β€’ Azure DevOps (ADO) – deliverable tracking and documentation β€’ Microsoft Teams / SharePoint – collaboration Nice to Have β€’ Experience with Seismic or other content management platforms β€’ Familiarity with SQL or Azure Data Lake β€’ Understanding of fund accounting or performance data Schedule: Hybrid 3-4 days onsite, 9–5 EST, in Boston Financial District
