Role description
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Consolidate and normalize marketing intake and project data from Workfront and a supplemental Excel planning worksheet into a single, reliable reporting dataset, resolving inconsistencies in project IDs, markets, timelines, and status fields.
Audit all intake forms to differentiate planned vs. unplanned work, flagging requests that bypassed standard intake processes or were added midstream without approved scope, timing, or resourcing adjustments.
Identify and report on missed submission dates where deadlines were not formally shifted, highlighting downstream impacts to schedules, resourcing, and delivery timelines.
Track creative revision cycles by project, surfacing work that exceeds the standard three rounds of creative development and quantifying the incremental effort tied to additional rounds.
Produce a total project count view, broken down by market, request type, and priority, enabling leadership to clearly see demand distribution and workload drivers.
Calculate and report estimated hours by market, comparing projected effort against available creative and production capacity to highlight over-allocation, underutilization, and potential resourcing gaps.
Develop a repeatable stakeholder-facing report (dashboard or structured summary) that translates operational data into clear insights on volume, variance, and risk—designed for monthly or quarterly review.
Identify systemic intake or process breakdowns (e.g., chronic late submissions, high-revision markets) and provide data-backed recommendations to improve intake discipline and workload forecasting.
Partner with marketing operations and project management leads to validate assumptions, refine definitions (e.g., “unplanned,” “missed,” “out of scope”), and ensure reporting aligns with how teams actually work.
Document data definitions, logic, and reporting methodology to support consistency, transparency, and handoff at the end of the contract engagement.
Timeframe:
1 month contract, with possibility for extension pending scope changes
Required Outcome:
Leadership ready dashboard, clearly and easily presenting key metrics that deliver visibility for objective management
Dashboard must be built for continue use & management by internal teammates
