Contract Management Specialist

Hi, Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst with Congo CLM for our Contract position with a direct client. It is a Remote position Position: Business Analyst with Congo CLM Location: Remote Duration: 6+ Months Pay Range: $45 - $50/hour without benefits (Pay rate varies based on experience) Work Schedule: M-F; 8am -5pm local time Job Description: About the Role We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Conga Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) expertise to support enterprise CLM initiatives in an Agile environment. This role will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze contract management processes, gather requirements, and configure Conga CLM solutions that drive efficiency, automation, and compliance. Key Responsibilities • Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, and stakeholder meetings • Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional solutions • Analyze current-state contracting processes and design optimized future-state workflows • Configure Conga CLM modules including workflows, templates, metadata, and reporting • Support testing, UAT, and troubleshooting of CLM enhancements • Partner with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and customizations • Develop user guides, training materials, and support user adoption • Track system performance and recommend continuous improvements • Generate insights and reports from CLM data to support business objectives Required Qualifications • 3+ years Business Analyst experience (5+ preferred) • Hands-on experience implementing and supporting Conga CLM • Strong background in Agile methodologies and Jira/ServiceNow • Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution configuration • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field Additional Details • Start Date: Flexible (sooner preferred) • Work Schedule: M–F, 8–5 local time • Interview Process: 2 rounds • Background & Education check required • AI-powered notetaking tools are strictly prohibited during interviews Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, an EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
