Role Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and self-motivated Contract Operations & Compliance Specialist to lead critical governance and system-based initiatives. This role requires an individual who takes full ownership of outcomes, balancing rigorous contract compliance with the operational demands of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) transformation. The successful candidate will act as a primary contributor to metadata cleansing, system testing, and the oversight of Outside Service Provider (OSP) worker compliance, ensuring the highest standards of data integrity and contractual adherence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• CLM Strategy & Data Integrity: Execute high-priority CLM initiatives, including comprehensive metadata cleansing, data mapping, and testing. Ensure all system data is validated and audit-ready prior to migration.
• OSP Resource Oversight: Support the oversight of Outside Service Provider (OSP) team resources, ensuring worker alignment with contractual requirements and maintaining high-quality output against the requested scope of work.
• Contractual Auditing & Assessment: Conduct proactive, detail-oriented assessments to identify compliance gaps; perform "pre-migration" audits to ensure legacy contract data meets current governance standards.
• Risk Mitigation & Policy Enforcement: Identify and escalate contractual risks or performance deviations. Recommend and implement process improvements to strengthen the contract-to-pay lifecycle.
• Project Leadership & Accountability: Independently manage multiple workstreams from inception to completion. Ensure all project milestones (e.g., system updates or data audits) are met with precision and minimal supervision.
• Reporting & Executive Support: Develop meticulous compliance reports and presentations for senior management. Provide ad hoc support for contract amendments, renewals, and complex reporting requests.
