Position: Contract Reporting Analyst Reporting to: Contracts Performance Manager Status of post: Full-Time Permanent Salary: Remuneration Package will be competitive and in line with experience Location: Portadown Office Job Description: The role of the Contract Reporting Analyst will be to assist the ongoing performance of all contracts, from both a service and financial point of view. The Contract Reporting Analyst will play a key role in ensuring Key Performance Tracking is maintained and the Companys procedures and objectives are achieved. As a performance analyst you will collect, organise, cleanse and interpret data to find meaningful and actionable insights leading to continuous improvements of the Contracts, KPIs and Service Delivery The role of Contract Reporting Analyst, will be pivotal to Irwin M&Es ongoing growth and success and will include: Gather, understand and document detailed business requirements using appropriate tools and techniques Performance management across teams and service lines, reporting and monitoring of performance Monitoring Supply Chain Performance Defining clear objectives and indicators Tracking and reporting on progress and issues Reviewing and evaluating results and feedback Adapting and improving contract management process Candidate Profile Demonstrate energy, drive, innovation and enthusiasm Self-motivated, pro-active, creative, enthusiastic and professional Strong Data Analysis Skills Identify areas to increase efficiency and optimise data collection processes by automating data workflows and building efficient data pipelines Experience in using Microsoft Excel Experience in the use of software packages to extract, report and present data Excellent communication skills An understanding of key performance indicators and deliverables Commercial awareness The proven ability to work under pressure and deal with challenging situations Exceptional customer service skills The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritising and working with little supervision and be willing to attend seminars and courses where required while working within Irwin M&Es guidelines.
