Contractor - Live Production/Videographer (Onsite - Chicago, IL)

Position Summary Contractor - Chicago, IL Work you'll do The Work You’ll Do as a contractor Under a Deloitte Project Team The services You will provide the Deloitte project team: As a Live Production Contractor, you will support the execution and management of live production events. • Video engineering and videography • Assist in the setup and operation of audio, video, and lighting equipment for live events. • Provide technical support during live productions to ensure smooth execution. • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary production resources. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during live events. • Ensure compliance with safety and technical standards throughout the production process. This role is completely onsite in Chicago, IL Qualifications Experience: 5+ years (or 3 years with an advanced degree) in technology customer support, emphasizing technical infrastructure and exponential technologies. • Need video engineer and videography skills. • Crestron Integration / NVX AV over IP experience • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on expertise in troubleshooting AV integrated technologies and repairing computer systems. • Technology Skills: Direct experience with diverse technologies, such as networking, Windows, Apple iOS, Crestron systems, collaboration tools, AR/VR systems, and other in-room technologies. • Communication Excellence: Possess executive presence coupled with strong written and oral presentation skills. Preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent educations or professional experience and/or qualifications • Background in audio/visual and technical innovation methodologies • Experience in the development of operational procedures, and an aptitude to develop performance measures to quantify service performance • Experience supporting C-suite executives with technical and strategic needs of the business • Ability to follow standards, processes, and procedures within the scope of Deloitte ITS • Ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal formats to Deloitte leadership, clients, and vendors • Experience in exponential technology applications, data analysis and visualization, or other technical expertise • Experience fostering a cooperative team environment, and viewed as a “team player” who understands the culture and how to be effective in it • Energy, Resources, and Industrials industry familiarity (e.g. Oil, Gas, Chemicals, Power, Utilities, Renewables, Manufacturing and/or Construction, etc.) • Demonstrates a client-service attitude and aptitude Need to be local to Chicago and the will commute most of the time, but have potential for remote work.
