Contracts & Data Analyst

Position: Contracts & Data Analyst (Hybrid) Location: Astoria, NY 10009 Duration: 6 months to start, with intent to extend up to 1 year Pay Rate: $25/hr - $27/hr (depending on experience) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM (40 hours/week, overtime as needed) Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite after training) Relocation Expenses/ Assistance: NO About the Role We are seeking a Contracts & Data Analyst to support operations. This role involves tracking and managing contracts, analyzing spending and funding, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with both internal teams and external buyers. Key Responsibilities • Track approximately 85 active contracts, ensuring visibility of start and expiration dates, funding availability, and pace of spend. • Maintain communication with operating groups on contract usage and availability. • Draft scopes of work for re-bids, funding increases, and contract additions (e.g., line items). • Liaise with Supply Chain and buyers on contract-related activities. • Prepare accurate documentation, monitor usage, and provide timely updates to stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications • Proficiency with OneDrive, Outlook, MS Teams, and MS Office Suite. • Strong written and oral communication skills; comfortable with outreach calls. • Self-starter with strong attention to detail. Preferred / Flex Skills • Strong data analytics capability. • Experience collaborating with external buyers.
