Conversational Analytics Specialist (Sprinklr)
Location: Primarily remote (potential for 1 week travel to client site in Netherlands at engagement kick-off)
Duration: 12 weeks initial
Day Rate: £550 (flexibility on this based on experience and role-fit)

Overview:
Our client is quickly scaling conversational analytics capabilities via the Sprinklr platform. We’re looking for a seasoned Conversational Analytics Specialist to lead deployment, scorecard reporting, and drive knowledge transfer -ensuring the team is equipped long-term.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and configure Sprinklr conversational analytics across multilingual contact centre environments.
- Develop and launch QA scorecards within Sprinklr to assess agent performance and customer sentiment.
- Build intuitive reporting dashboards that surface meaningful insights and support strategic decisions.
- Mentor internal teams (with limited Sprinklr experience) through clear training, documentation, and guidance.
- Align analytics outputs with client expectations for scalable, multi-year programs.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated, hands-on expertise with Sprinklr, especially in conversation analytics and QA scorecard deployment.
- Solid understanding of contact centre operations and performance measurement practices.
- Strong data storytelling—capable of translating analytics into actionable business insights.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish, German, or Dutch is highly desirable and will strengthen your candidacy.
- Experience working in multi-language or global environments, ideally supporting non-native-English-speaking teams.
