Position: AI CoPilot Agent Builder Location: Remote Pay: $90-$110 / Hour Must have Microsoft, CoPilot Agent Builder experience. Position Overview: Simplicity Consulting is seeking an experienced CoPilot Agent Builder / AI Agent Developer to lead the creation and deployment of intelligent agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio. These agents will power a range of automation workflows across enterprise business teams, including—but not limited to—content creation, performance reporting, marketing operations, and creative production. This is a highly strategic, hands-on role embedded within the Customer Success Management (CSM) team, working across multiple stakeholders at Microsoft. You'll collaborate closely with writers, producers, analysts, and marketers to identify opportunities, build scalable and reusable agentic workflows, and directly support high-profile initiatives within teams such as Customer Evidence, Analytics, Creative Studio, and Integrated Marketing. Key Responsibilities: • Design, build, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft CoPilot Studio to address a variety of business and productivity use cases. • Collaborate cross-functionally with content creators, marketers, producers, and analysts to identify and scope high-impact automation opportunities. • Build agent workflows that address repeatable, high-volume tasks such as: • Short-form content generation (e.g., summaries, impact stories) • Data mining, analysis, and performance reporting • Creative workflow streamlining • Campaign setup and orchestration • Ensure agents are well-documented, maintainable, and intuitive for non-technical users. • Train users and teams on how to effectively leverage agents and scale their use across teams. • Stay current on Microsoft’s AI and Copilot Studio platform updates and continuously propose innovative use cases and solutions. • Partner with internal Simplicity consultants and project leads to align agent development efforts with broader program goals. • Contribute to the development of reusable templates, best practices, and knowledge-sharing resources across Simplicity’s AI delivery efforts. Required Qualifications: • Hands-on experience building AI agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio (or Power Virtual Agents + Power Automate). • Ability to design intelligent, modular, and reusable workflows that solve real business challenges. • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and prompt engineering. • Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills. • Ability to translate non-technical stakeholder needs into effective agent solutions. Preferred Qualifications: • Domain experience in: content marketing, customer evidence, analytics, campaign orchestration, or creative operations. • Consulting background, preferably with enterprise or Microsoft clients. • Familiarity with Azure AI, GitHub Copilot, and API integrations. What Success Looks Like: • 30–60 days: You’ve designed and launched at least one functional agent that supports a repeatable business task. • 90 days: Your agent(s) are actively used by multiple stakeholders and you’ve scoped additional use cases for expansion.
