Del Oro Consulting, a nationwide consulting firm with over 20 years of experience delivering strategic solutions to leading global technology companies, is seeking a Copilot Engineer with hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and strong Python programming skills.
This is a great opportunity to contribute to innovative projects involving cutting-edge AI and automation while working as part of a team that values creative problem-solving and collaboration. In this role, youβll design intelligent automation solutions that leverage visual development platforms combined with advanced AI technologies. Youβll help optimize business processes by building scalable, AI-powered applications that boost productivity and efficiency.
Note: The consultant will be expected to work PST business hours.
Responsibilities
β’ Design and implement business applications using Microsoft Power Apps and automate processes with Power Automate
β’ Enhance workflows by incorporating AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Azure OpenAI
β’ Build sophisticated automations and integrate external systems using Python and REST APIs
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders to define needs and deliver practical, scalable low-code/no-code solutions
β’ Contribute to AI-driven projects that utilize machine learning models and data processing pipelines
β’ Ensure all solutions align with established security, compliance, and governance frameworks
β’ Create clear documentation and provide training and ongoing support to end users
β’ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, data engineering, and analytics, to ensure successful solution deployment
Skills and Experience
β’ Bachelorβs degree in computer science or related discipline
β’ Experience with AI-driven tools, in particular Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI
β’ 3- 4 years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft Power Platform
β’ Skilled in Python programming
β’ Experience with API integration, developing custom connectors, and utilizing Azure cloud services
β’ Excellent analytical thinking and effective communication skills
β’ Microsoft Power Platform certifications preferred
β’ Understanding of AI/ML tools preferred
β’ Knowledge of cloud governance, security, and compliance preferred
