Copilot/Power Platform Developer

Job Title: Copilot Studio Developer / AI Agent Developer Location: Plano, Texas or Charlotte, NC Type: W2 - 18 month duration Experience Level: 6+ Years Role Overview We are seeking a Copilot Studio Developer / AI Agent Developer to design and deliver intelligent agents that integrate with enterprise applications. This role focuses on building AI-powered automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate has experience developing and deploying AI agents in enterprise environments and can translate business requirements into automated workflows and conversational agents. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio. • Build automation workflows using Power Automate and develop applications with Power Apps. • Integrate AI agents with existing enterprise applications and internal systems. • Work closely with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions. • Develop supporting scripts and integrations using Python where needed. • Deliver scalable, production-ready AI agents that enhance automation and user interaction. • Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning and solution design. Required Skills • 6+ years of overall technology experience. • Hands-on experience developing AI agents or intelligent automation solutions. • Experience building and delivering AI agents in enterprise environments. • Strong experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar conversational AI platforms. • Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including: • Power Automate • Power Apps • Python development/scripting experience. • Experience integrating automation solutions with enterprise applications. • Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical implementations. Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills • Experience with financial services or other large enterprise environments. • Familiarity with Microsoft Project for project coordination or planning. • Experience implementing AI solutions that integrate with enterprise data platforms. • Exposure to enterprise AI governance or responsible AI practices.
