Cornerstone Reporting & Analytics Specialist About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Cornerstone Reporting & Analytics Specialist to design, maintain, and secure learning reports and dashboards within Cornerstone Learn. This role will leverage both Cornerstone Reporting (LMS-focused) and Analytics Plus (LXP-focused) to deliver actionable insights on compliance, engagement, and skills. The ideal candidate will ensure reporting aligns with business goals while maintaining strong data integrity and security governance. Key Responsibilities β€’ Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards using Cornerstone Reporting 2.0 β€’ Develop engagement and skills dashboards using Analytics Plus (Learning Experience Platform) β€’ Create and manage compliance-focused LMS reports β€’ Deliver insights on learning engagement, skill development, and trending skills β€’ Configure and manage report security (role-based access, permissions, and data governance) β€’ Partner with L&D, HR, and Talent Management stakeholders to gather reporting requirements β€’ Interpret and present complex learning data clearly to non-technical audiences β€’ Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and alignment with organizational goals β€’ Schedule automated report distributions and maintain dashboard performance β€’ Support ad hoc analytics requests and executive-level reporting Required Skills & Qualifications β€’ Hands-on expertise with Cornerstone Reporting 2.0 β€’ Filters β€’ Calculated fields β€’ Scheduling β€’ Dashboard creation β€’ Experience with Analytics Plus (LXP reporting & dashboards) β€’ Strong knowledge of Cornerstone Skills framework, skill profiles, and trending skills reporting β€’ Solid understanding of report security configuration and data governance β€’ Experience delivering both: β€’ Compliance (LMS) reporting β€’ Engagement/Skills (LXP) reporting β€’ Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights β€’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills β€’ Experience working with L&D, HR, or Talent Management teams Preferred Qualifications β€’ Experience with data visualization tools such as: β€’ Power BI β€’ Tableau β€’ Advanced Excel β€’ Background in learning analytics or workforce analytics β€’ Experience supporting enterprise-level reporting environments What Success Looks Like β€’ Accurate, secure, and automated reporting framework in place β€’ Clear executive dashboards showing compliance, engagement, and skills trends β€’ Strong stakeholder satisfaction with reporting insights β€’ Proactive identification of learning and skills gaps through analytics
