Cornerstone Reporting & Analytics Specialist About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Cornerstone Reporting & Analytics Specialist to design, maintain, and secure learning reports and dashboards within Cornerstone Learn. This role will leverage both Cornerstone Reporting (LMS-focused) and Analytics Plus (LXP-focused) to deliver actionable insights on compliance, engagement, and skills. The ideal candidate will ensure reporting aligns with business goals while maintaining strong data integrity and security governance. Key Responsibilities • Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards using Cornerstone Reporting 2.0 • Develop engagement and skills dashboards using Analytics Plus (Learning Experience Platform) • Create and manage compliance-focused LMS reports • Deliver insights on learning engagement, skill development, and trending skills • Configure and manage report security (role-based access, permissions, and data governance) • Partner with L&D, HR, and Talent Management stakeholders to gather reporting requirements • Interpret and present complex learning data clearly to non-technical audiences • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and alignment with organizational goals • Schedule automated report distributions and maintain dashboard performance • Support ad hoc analytics requests and executive-level reporting Required Skills & Qualifications • Hands-on expertise with Cornerstone Reporting 2.0 • Filters • Calculated fields • Scheduling • Dashboard creation • Experience with Analytics Plus (LXP reporting & dashboards) • Strong knowledge of Cornerstone Skills framework, skill profiles, and trending skills reporting • Solid understanding of report security configuration and data governance • Experience delivering both: • Compliance (LMS) reporting • Engagement/Skills (LXP) reporting • Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Experience working with L&D, HR, or Talent Management teams Preferred Qualifications • Experience with data visualization tools such as: • Power BI • Tableau • Advanced Excel • Background in learning analytics or workforce analytics • Experience supporting enterprise-level reporting environments What Success Looks Like • Accurate, secure, and automated reporting framework in place • Clear executive dashboards showing compliance, engagement, and skills trends • Strong stakeholder satisfaction with reporting insights • Proactive identification of learning and skills gaps through analytics
