Corporate Real Estate Analytics Strategist

Strategic Staffing Solutions has an immediate need for a Corporate Real Estate Analytics Strategist for a hybrid (4 days on -site) long term contract in San Antonio for a large banking corporation. Please Note Seeking local talent. No Corp. to Corp. Must be able to work on W2 basis effective immediately. This role will translate complex business intelligence into actionable insights that inform corporate real estate decisions. This includes leading analytical efforts across portfolio strategy, occupancy planning, space utilization, and property disposition. The role is responsible for developing a new function that delivers predictive insights to improve how real estate assets are managed and optimized. Minimum 6+ years expertise in the below: • Translate business intelligence into actionable decisions that support corporate real estate strategy. • Lead real estate corporate portfolio strategy across occupancy planning, portfolio utilization, and space optimization and efficiency decisions • Conduct real estate market analysis to support strategic decision-making. • Support property disposition analysis and recommendations. • Develop predictive models and insights to optimize space utilization and portfolio performance. • Aggregate, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights. • Collaborate closely with Data Science and Business Intelligence teams. • Partner with Strategy & Planning Directors and Occupancy Planning teams to inform portfolio actions. • Support enterprise-wide decision-making related to real estate portfolio management. Key Objective Build and scale a new Decision Science practice that enables predictive, data-driven real estate decisions and improves overall portfolio efficiency and strategic alignment.
